Join us for the workshop “Breath of Life”. In this workshop, we will explore Kabbalistic and Hasidic breath practices as well as their Biblical origins. With breath work, as in holy learning, the means are the ends. There is nowhere to rush to, as we come to the end of our breath, we arrive at the end of our life. Living is a breathing process. Our mystics, prophets, and simple human holy ancestors have theologized techniques for infusing this magical mundane act that can enrich our thinking, feeling, and being. Learn ancient and modern techniques for deepening your feeling of presence in the here and now. Access in-dwelling, catch your breath!
