As an offshoot of the Paradigm Program created in 2016, Paradigm Ideas is a unique facilitation training program for the program graduates to be able to bring the concept to a wider audience. The program trains participants as facilitators for meaningful sessions on Jewish identity based on conversation around the three Paradigm questions.
Sessions can take the form of Hevruta text study or a distinctive educational card game developed specifically for the program. These sessions can be conducted at multiple levels of Jewish literacy and for audiences as diverse as organizations, board rooms, retreats, conferences, Seder tables, intercultural conversations, universities and high schools.
