Nechama Rayko

Nechama was born in Odesa, Ukraine. She has also lived in Israel, and since 2004, she has made her home in Germany. She studied Touristic Management and Hotel Business and later received her Master of Arts in Management. She has held leadership and program roles in various Jewish organizations. Her professional strengths include project management, community engagement, and developing educational and cultural programs. She is passionate about Jewish education, women’s initiatives, and creating warm, inclusive community experiences. For many years, she served as a board member of the modern Orthodox community Kahal Adass Jisroel in Berlin, where she lives with her three children.
