Empowering Activism
The Project-Incubator is Paideia’s 10-day summer program aimed at fostering new initiatives for European Jewish life. With over 250 projects developed since its inception, it stands as the most successful program in Europe. As the first of its kind, it continues to lead in supporting social innovation within Jewish communities across the continent, empowering participants to turn their ideas into impactful realities.
Program Structure
This intensive summer program offers participants 10 days of immersive learning and hands-on development, including 8 hours of scheduled activities each day.
Incubator participants benefit from:
- A step-by-step process guiding from idea development to project implementation
- Expert coaching on project design, fundraising, and incorporating Jewish content
- Daily workshops, networking opportunities, and inspiring cultural activities
- Peer-to-peer reviews and feedback
- One-on-one mentoring
- Access to a vibrant network of like-minded innovators who are driving change across Europe
By the end of the program, every participant has a clear roadmap to bring their project from concept to reality.
Participant Profile
This program is designed for activists, educators, cultural leaders, and community builders who want to make a lasting impact. Whether their projects are educational, cultural, communal, or institutional, the program provides the support and tools needed to drive the future of Jewish life in Europe.
Mentors
The program features professionals from the world of social entrepreneurship, representing leading organisations from Europe, Israel, and the US. Incubator tutors provide invaluable guidance, helping participants refine their project and develop strategies for long-term success.
Application requirements
The project should:
- Address a specific need in Jewish culture
- Be concrete, feasible, and socially impactful
- Take place in Europe (or multiple European locations)
- Be either new or an existing project progressing to its next phase
Participants should be preapred to:
- Participate in the program in full
- Work on realising the project during next year (2025-2026)
- Participate in two follow ups organised in 2026
