What does the recruitment process look like?

• Online application
  The application process begins with the completion of the online form available on the Paideia website. Applicants are informed of the admission results no later than two weeks after the application deadline.
• Waiting lists
  In cases where the number of qualified applicants exceeds the available places, some candidates may be placed on a waiting list.

How many participants join the Project-Incubator?
Each year, 20 participants are selected to take part in the program.

Can I apply with my project partner?
Due to limited spaces, Paideia can accept only one applicant per project.

Is there an age limit of acceptance?
No, there is no age limit.

Which projects are eligible to apply?
The project should:

• Address a specific need within Jewish culture

• Be concrete, feasible, and socially impactful

• Take place in Europe (or across multiple European locations)

• Be either a new initiative or an existing project entering its next phase of development

What are participants expected to commit to?
Participants should be prepared to:

• Participate fully in the entire program

• Actively work on realizing their project during 2026–2027

• Take part in two follow-up activities organized in 2027

What is the cost of the program?
Applying to and participating in the Project-Incubator program is free of charge.

Does Paideia provide travel to and from Stockholm?
No, Paideia does not arrange or reimburse travel expenses.

Does Paideia provide accommodation?
Yes, Paideia provides accommodation during the program in shared twin rooms at a 4-star hotel, located about a 15-minute walk from Paideia and the city center.
If a participant wishes to modify their stay, they must arrange this independently.

Does Paideia provide meals?
Yes, most meals are provided by Paideia. Some meals, such as breakfast and late dinners, are provided by the hotel.
